These Terms govern your access to and use of Nodstream, including its video hosting, processing, playback, and embedding tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to follow these Terms and any policies they reference.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity that occurs through your account. Please provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Do not use Nodstream to upload or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass its limits, or use it to distribute malware or unwanted communications.
Paid plans renew according to the plan you select. Charges are shown before purchase and processed by our payment provider. You can cancel future renewals from your account; cancellation does not normally undo charges already processed for the current billing period.
You retain ownership of the videos and materials you upload. You grant Nodstream the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content as part of the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for your content.
We work to keep Nodstream available and reliable, but the service may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change, and we will make the revised version available here.
